Berkshire-born musician Justin Hillman released his third album, “Have I Not Found You Yet,” in September, but, lucky for us Alt-Folk fans here in the Berkshires, scheduling challenges placed the CD release party on the calendar Friday, November 20, at the Whitney Center for the Arts in Pittsfield.

Northampton, MA, based singer-songwriter, Justin Hillman, comes home to his Americana roots with the release of his 3rd album, Have I Not Found You Yet? (2015). The Western Mass native has adventured around the world and back, residing in New York City, travelling across India, teaching in Israel, and performing and recording his lush solo work all the while. Have I Not Found You Yet? is filled with beautifully emotive, sometimes obscure songwriting, laden with pedal steel twang and the pulse of a rootsy, acoustic rhythm section. Hillman’s guitar work never fails to impress, and he keeps his audience hanging on every word with witty humor and passionate performances.
